INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHOTO ORDERS:

(1) Ordering: Spring pictures were optional. Online ordering ONLY. Add-on items can ONLY be ordered with a package, NOT a-la-carte. Add-on items will become visible after you select a
package.

(2) Password: Your password is your child's five digit student ID number. If no photo appears after you enter the correct student ID number, then your child did NOT participate in optional spring photos. To view siblings who attend the same
school (and within the same event), click "add another password" and enter an additional student ID
number. You MUST "allow cookies" in your web browser to access your
photos.

(3) Photo Delivery: Digital products can
be downloaded immediately. Physical photo products will ship in the
mail to the address you provide a few weeks 
after you place your order.
Photos will NOT ship to the school. A nominal shipping charge will
apply for orders with physical products. Orders are
processed every
Friday and take about one week to print in house. USPS can take between
one to three weeks to deliver your order. Thank you for your patience.

(4) Makeup & Retake Day: There is no makeup and retake day.
