Windsor Elementary School - Yearbook Ordering Instructions:
Please read ALL instructions before ordering your yearbook.
(1) Yearbook ordering is online only.
(2) Deadline: April 15, 2025
(3) A handful of extra yearbooks will be available for purchase in the main office on a first come first serve basis when the yearbooks arrive. These typically sell out immediately. Therefore, if you do not order a yearbook online before the deadline, you should not expect to receive a yearbook.
(4) Yearbooks will be delivered to the school in late May or early June and go home with your student.
(5) Parents ordering multiple yearbooks for siblings should do so in SEPARATE transactions to help with correct yearbook delivery.
(6) You will need to enter the last name of your student's homeroom teacher when placing your order. This information is used to successfully deliver your student's yearbook. Please verify this info BEFORE placing your order.
(7) Per school district policy, students without a signed media release form on file with the school will NOT appear in the yearbook. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make sure their student's media release form is updated with the school. No refunds will be given if you purchase a yearbook without a signed media release form.
(8) If your student enrolled AFTER makeup and retake picture day, then we do not have a photo of your student. If you would like your child's photo to be included in the yearbook, please email our studio a high quality head shot (with a neutral background) as soon as possible and include the student's full name, grade, the name of the school, and homeroom teacher's name.
